Can I buy a home in Indianapolis without visiting first?
Yes. Many of my relocating clients tour homes by live video, have me attend the inspection and walk the neighborhood for them, and sign everything electronically. Most visit at least once before closing, but it isn't required.
Can I sell my Indianapolis home if I've already moved away?
Yes. I can coordinate everything locally: cleaning, repairs, landscaping, photography, showings and closing paperwork, with regular updates to you. If you'd rather skip all of that, I can also get you a cash offer on the home as-is.
