Sell for more, with less stress.
Selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions you'll make. My job is to get you the highest price the market will pay, on terms that work for you, and to make the process feel calm and handled.

Six steps from "thinking about it" to sold.
Every home is different, but the approach is always the same: get the details right before you go live, then create as much competition as possible for your home.
An honest valuation
I look at your home in person and at the sales around it, then give you a realistic price range. I'll tell you the real number, not the one that's nicest to hear.
A prep plan that pays
A room-by-room list of what's worth doing before you list and what isn't. Small, inexpensive fixes often make the biggest difference to buyers.
Pricing strategy
We set a price designed to attract strong interest in the first days on the market, when buyers are paying the most attention and competition is most likely.
A launch that gets noticed
Professional photography and video for every listing, and a description written to sell, pushed out across the MLS, the major home search sites and my own network of agents and buyers.
Tough, calm negotiation
I review every offer with you line by line: price, financing strength, contingencies, timing and concessions. The highest offer isn't always the best one, and I'll show you why.
A smooth closing
Inspections, appraisal and paperwork are where deals wobble. I stay on top of every deadline so nothing slips and nothing surprises you.
What happens when you list with me.
From my sales recorded in our local MLS, August 2023 through September 2026.
Median sale-to-list price
Half of my sales closed at 99% of the final asking price or better, and 46% closed at or above asking.
Sold in a week or less
A third of my sales went under contract within seven days. The median was 14 days on market.
Sold with no price cut
Nearly two out of three sold without a single price reduction. Getting the price right on day one matters.
Top sale, 3% over asking
My highest recorded sale, in Fishers, closed above its asking price after just four days on the market.
Hamilton & Boone County
Median sale-to-list price on my north-side sales, with a median of 13 days on market.
Recorded MLS sales
Plus private and off-market sales not included here, for 100+ transactions and $30M+ in total.
Don't take my word for it.
Every one of my 58 Google reviews is five stars. Here's what sellers say happened.
"Connor did an excellent job selling our home. It sold in eight days at 98% of the listing price. The closing went smoothly. We're extremely satisfied."Stephen Christian, seller
"I was relocating and needed a fast sale, and we had two offers the first day on the market. He helped tremendously through the entire process."Vernon Garard, seller
"They had my house, on the market four months, sold in two weeks. The team made a difference in a huge way, and I couldn't be happier."John-Eric Corn, seller
Where sellers lose money, and how I stop it.
Overpricing "to leave room"
It feels safe, but homes that start too high sit, collect price cuts and eventually sell for less than they would have at the right price on day one. Buyers notice a home that's been on the market for weeks.
Treating every offer as just a number
A slightly lower offer with strong financing, a quick close and no appraisal gap can put more money in your pocket than a higher one that falls apart. I'll help you compare them on what you'll actually walk away with.
Giving it all back after inspection
Repair requests after inspection are a second negotiation. Knowing what's reasonable, what's normal for a home of your age and what's simply a bargaining tactic can save you thousands.
Get your home's value, prepared by me.
Tell me where your home is and how to reach you. I'll send back a real valuation based on recent sales near you. Want to talk it through? I'm happy to walk through your home in person.

What sellers usually ask me.
How do you decide on a list price?
I start with homes that actually sold near you in the last few months, then adjust for what makes yours different: updates, layout, lot, school district and condition. I'll show you the comparable sales so you can see exactly how I got there. The goal is a price that brings in strong early interest, because the first week on the market is when buyers pay the most attention.
Should I make repairs or updates before listing?
Sometimes, but not always. Some fixes return far more than they cost, and others won't move your price at all. I'll walk through your home with you and tell you honestly which is which, so you don't spend money that doesn't come back to you at closing.
What if my home didn't sell with another agent?
That happens more than people think, and it's usually fixable. Most stale listings have a pricing, presentation or exposure problem. I'll look at what happened, what buyers were seeing, and what needs to change. One of my reviews is from a seller whose home sat for four months and then sold in two weeks.
Can I buy my next home before I sell this one?
Often, yes. Depending on your situation there are ways to line up both moves, including bridge financing and contingency strategies. I'll help you think through the timing and risks so you aren't carrying two mortgages longer than you need to.
Can you get me a cash offer?
Yes. If speed or certainty matters more than top dollar, I can usually get you a cash offer within about 48 hours that can close in about 10 days. You'll see it side by side with a traditional sale and make the call. See cash offers.
